สถาบันปรีดี พนมยงค์ ติดตามข่าวการเสียชีวิตของอดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ฯพณฯ ชินโซ อาเบะ ในขณะกล่าวปราศรัยหาเสียง และขอประณามการกระทำอันอุกอาจ ป่าเถื่อน ที่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างร้ายแรงต่อหลักนิติธรรมและเสรีภาพในระบอบประชาธิปไตย

ขอแสดงความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อครอบครัวผู้สูญเสียและประชาชนชาวญี่ปุ่นสำหรับการสูญเสียอันใหญ่หลวงที่เกิดขึ้นนี้

The Pridi Banomyong Institute has followed closely the news about the tragic death of the honorable former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe while giving a campaign speech and strongly condemns the outrageous and barbaric acts that seriously affect the rule of law and democratic freedoms.

Please accept our most sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the bereaved family as well as to the people of Japan for this irreparable loss. Our hearts are with you during these difficult times.
